The BM Bombing "Written Confession"

In this Veterans Today report, Dr. Jim Fetzer makes a lot of claims. You may not wish to believe all of them, but you should consider at least what he has to say about the "written confession", which is something I have been suspicious about from the git-go:

(a) he was in a state of agitation being tracked by police;
(b) he was inside a boat, which has curved surfaces;
(c) using a special pencil and writing in the dark;
(d) he calmly wrote out an elaborate confession;
(e) which consisted of smooth, straight lines;
(f) which were likewise uniformly spaced.

Once again, the patsy seems to have done the impossible. Should we accept this at face value, or should We The People be given the opportunity to examine this "confession"?

There are some pictures of the boat here which do NOT show the "confession", but to me they appear to be inconclusive. The areas where the "confession" is alleged to have been written are not visible and/or the picture resolution is not sufficient to reveal them:
