[Hillary] claimed that the server contains “personal communications” between her and her husband, and she added that the private server, which has been traced back to her home in Chappaqua, New York, was “set up for President Clinton’s office.”
However, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday that Bill Clinton “still doesn’t use email,” and “has sent a grand total of two emails during his entire life,” both while he was president.

So what sort of "personal comms" don't involve email? Stick figures? Videos?
A friend once told me "you don't need a good memory if you always tell the truth". Clearly such a thing has never occurred to Bill and Hill.
Note well that both of them appear to consider the US public to be a bunch of idiots. Unfortunately they may be right.
