Another of the twelve indicators of state vulnerability used by the Fund for Peace is this:
Progressive Deterioration of Public Services
A disappearance of basic state functions that serve the people, including failure to protect citizens from terrorism and violence and to provide essential services, such as health, education, sanitation, public transportation. Also using the state apparatus for agencies that serve the ruling elites, such as the security forces, presidential staff, central bank, diplomatic service, customs and collection agencies.

Is our education system a joke? YES.
Do we have a working public transportation system? NO.
Does Obama ad-Dajjal use the IRS, the Justice (sic) Department, and the intelligence agencies for political purposes that serve the ruling elites? YES.
Are we about to be forced to pay for another of his lavish vacations to Martha's Vineyard? YES.
This man has failed us all, and our once great nation is rapidly sinking down a rat hole.
