Since Samantha is one of Obama ad-Dajjal's bosom buddies, it's a good bet he is one of the key players behind the whole thing.
And not surprisingly, both the US and Ukraine are being destroyed, although in slightly different ways, to make way for the "great reset".
Since the entire power structure of the West seems to be 100% in synch with the Davos/WEF beast, I doubt We the People will be able to stop it.
