This does not prove that Israel gassed Sergei Skripal and his daughter, but it definitely suggests they had the means to do so.

By the way, it's being reported that the highest concentration of the alleged poison was found on Skripal's front door. Novichok is HIGHLY toxic; anyone personally applying it to a door handle would have to be wearing a moon suit with an air supply to protect themselves from danger. Was anything like that seen in the vicinity? If not, this suggests that a drone would have been the perfect delivery method.
