Does Grape Juice Cure Gulf War Illness ???

According to this note from the VA, they will be using concord grape juice to treat Gulf War Syndrome / Illness:

 Maybe they need to determine whether or not it was caused by chemical weapons exposure:

 Just like the VA response to Agent Orange, this is too little, too late.
