They're joking, right? I certainly hope so.
I was at the Savannah River Lab when it shifted from Dupont's management to Westinghouse. In spite of Westinghouse's alleged nuclear expertise, their "management" of the lab was a hideous circle jerk. I don't think they EVER figured out what they were doing, at least not while I was there.
Maybe UT can do better than that, but I would be highly surprised if they did.
