Apparently the IRS just awarded a no-bid contract to Equifax:

Doesn't the IRS read the news? How could they POSSIBLY trust Equifax to do this work?
And why should something like this be awarded on a "no-bid" basis in the first place? There are PLENTY of companies capable of this sort of service.
