Here's Why Our Kids Don't Do Well In School

Our children don't seem to care that much about their grades in school.

Here's one reason - many of the richest people of our and their generations are school dropouts:

Doug Tompkins, a high school dropout who made a fortune founding the clothing lines The North Face and Esprit and then used his wealth to conserve millions of acres in Patagonia, died yesterday in Chile. He was 72.

So ... realizing that how you fare in life has less to do with your grades in school and more to do with who your friends and sex partners are, they are focusing on social media and sexting.

I guess they're not so dumb after all.
