Gee, I don't know about this.
When I think of Google (or whatever it's called), I think of "Evil Corp" from the Mr. Robot TV series ... and always will. One can "follow the law" and still be evil, especially since corporations now more or less WRITE the laws of the US (e.g., TPP, TTIP, TISA, etc.).
Entities which change their names to escape the public's perception they are evil just cannot be trusted. Here are some possible examples, and I urge you to reconsider their motives:
- School of the Americas
- Monsanto
