Who Is Trampling The Temple Mount ???

But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
Revelation 11:2 KJV

The phrase "the Gentiles" has been translated variously as follows:

  • the Nations
  • the Goyim
  • those people who don't know G-d
  • those who are not G-d's people
  • the heathen
  • the people who are not Jews
  • non-Jewish outsiders
  • the nations who do not know G-d
  • the people who do not believe in G-d
  • heathen men

And what is the meaning of "Goyim"?

Hebrew word used in the Jewish Scriptures (a.k.a. the Old Testament). The word literally means "nations," and is always used within these scriptures to refer to the nations of the world. Significantly, within the Old Testament, Judah (the Jewish nation) itself is called a "goy."

Since virtually every significant Rabbi for centuries has banned Jews from going onto the Temple Mount, this means those Israelis currently treading the court underfoot could indeed be covered by this scripture (Revelation 11:2)

This also means the international peace keepers the UN would like to send to the Temple Mount may NOT be the Goyim or nations to which this scripture refers (although they could be INCLUDED in the group being described).

As I have said before, today's Israelis are NOT following the law. This could put them into one or more of the following categories:

  • those people who don't know G-d
  • those who are not G-d's people
  • the people who are not Jews
  • the nations who do not know G-d
  • the people who do not believe in G-d

Bottom line? It is quite possible this scripture is now in the process of being fulfilled.
