Apparently the nation of Bolivia will be buying one or more nuclear power plants:

From the choices available to them, this is not all that bad an alternative for the generation of electricity ... provided that someone will take their spent fuel after they use it.
Get real, boys and girls. If we're not going to burn fossil fuels any more, that leaves solar, wind, geothermal, and nuclear as possibly viable power sources. More nations are going to go nuke, and the world is going to have to eat the waste and the plutonium these new plants generate.
And if the Israelis don't like that, screw 'em.
