Nope, now it's 20 years in prison for throwing rocks at cars:

Of course, this only applies to Palestinians ... but don't call Israel an apartheid state. It might hurt their feelings.
Can someone please explain why G-d chose these people? He's a pretty reasonable guy, but this particular choice of His makes no sense.
