357 Potential Ebola Carriers In NYC

Here is a snippet of data on what's really happening with Ebola virus disease (EVD) in the US:

The City is also providing an update on the number of individuals under active monitoring in New York City. As of Wednesday, November 5th, 357 individuals are being actively monitored by the Health Department. The vast majority of these individuals are travelers arriving in New York City within the past 21 days from the three Ebola-affected countries who are being monitored post-arrival, as well as Bellevue Hospital staff caring for Dr. Spencer.

357 individuals ... apparently roaming freely in NYC.

Do you recall how the two countries which stopped the spread of EVD (Senegal and Nigeria) managed to succeed? By tracing all the people who could have caught the disease, isolating them so they can't pass it on to others, and treating them quickly if they do develop symptoms.

The US is NOT isolating the persons who could have caught the disease, and the number of such non-isolated potential carriers is growing by the day.

Heaven forbid that we should listen to those dummies in Africa. Hell, we're the USA ... and we don't have to listen to anyone.

By the way, are these potential EVD carriers the reason a "closed prison" in upstate New York in now being used for another purpose, perhaps as a FEMA detention facility?

I bet the Ebola Czar knows the answer to that question, but he ain't talking.
