Is Sarcasm A Crime ???

Sarcasm is defined as "the use of words that mean the opposite of what you really want to say especially in order to insult someone, to show irritation, or to be funny."

For some reason, the Secret Service is seeking software that can detect sarcasm:

Is it now a crime to insult someone, to show irritation, or to be funny?

Say "bye-bye, free speech".
