The chief economist of Bremer Landesbank, Folker Hellmeyer, calls for the emancipation of Europe from the United States. The US government attempts to destabize the euro zone on the principle of "divide and rule". The figures speak for themselves. The level of consumption on credit in the US is not sustainable and has already put the USA on a crash course. The much maligned euro zone has a much better economy. Europe should therefore be oriented towards China and Russia.

Finally ... someone in Europe talking common sense. What the US is doing benefits no one except the oligarchs, bankgangsters, corporations, and their accomplices in the one percent. How can Europe continue to pursue a course which is detrimental to its own well being?
