You've heard the phrase "if all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail". I believe this principle may apply to all the "singularity" crowd. They all seem to be turning into the cyborgs they are warning us about.
Q: If this is going to be such a big problem, why aren't we stopping it?
A: I guess we want the machines to replace and/or kill us.
