Was the murder of Chris Kyle related to the Boston Marathon bombing?

Here's an excellent essay which outlines many of the important questions and contradictions which need to be addressed about the Boston Marathon bombing:

The US disinformation/entertainment/MSM/military complex cannot be trusted to provide meaningful information about anything. Thank God there are still people intelligent enough to realize this and point it out to the rest of us.

Why after all the lies and incompetence has no one at the FBI been fired?

By the way, the essay mentions that personnel from Craft International were present at the bombing. The former president of Craft, Chris Kyle, was murdered on February 2 of this year by a man described as a fellow veteran. Police said that the motive for the killing was unclear:

Maybe the bombing had something to do with Kyle's death. Perhaps he did not want to participate in this false flag op and someone put out a hit to get him out of the way:

"Every person I killed I strongly believe that they were bad," he told the BBC in an interview a year ago.

"When I do go face God there is going to be lots of things I will have to account for but killing any of those people is not one of them."

This does not sound like a man who would allow his company to do a false flag op inside the US (or anywhere else).

Is this why Chris Kyle was murdered? Makes sense to me.
