Frankly, it would be EASY to follow and enforce our immigration laws, but the feds don't want to.
As far as "Joe Biden" goes, if he is even capable of knowing what is going on, he is both violating his oath of office and ignoring one of his primary roles as the nation's chief executive:
US Constitution, Article II, Section 3
... he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed ...
By the way, the word faithfully occurs only twice in our constitution, and both times it applies to the US President. As far as I can tell, "Joe Biden" is faithful in the enrichment and protection of his family but not in the execution of his office. Here is a list of some examples of his accomplishments in that regard:
