This paper suggests we can kill off the mosquitoes which carry the parasite by widespread use of ivermectin, thereby preventing transmission:

But I'm going to predict that it won't be used for this purpose. Why? Because then we might discover that it's also a cheap, effective prophylactic and treatment for SARS-CoV-2, which would destroy the alleged justification for giving people the COVID experimental gene therapy "vaccines".
And if you read the previous blog post, you know the Amish (mostly) didn't get COVID, either.
We've been lied to, poisoned, and swindled.
