A man claiming to be a "sovereign citizen" was shot dead by police in Utah. He had a gun (of course) and that was reason enough:
The US only recognizes its own sovereignty. You're either with us, or you don't belong here.

All one has to do is resist, and that is sufficient "justification" for the US to destroy your government.
