Most of these changes were never debated in public or authorized by identifiable persons, but yet here we are. How did this happen, and how do we reverse it?
One possibility - it all stemmed from the Continuity of Government measures put into place following 9/11. To fix it, start by rescinding the state of emergency which has been in effect since then, reveal what actually happened, and cancel all the changes.
Yeah, I know ... they'll NEVER do that.
