More "Clean" Energy ???

This report describes another alleged source for "clean" energy:

Not mentioned is the fact that energy brought to the surface this way will heat our atmosphere before being radiated into space. Unless someone can demonstrate it will not heat the atmosphere more than burning the equivalent amount of coal, this may not be such a good idea after all.

You cannot fantasize your way around physical principles.
