Some are predicting that ISIS will be going after Egypt next:

Seeing as how the Suez Canal is their biggest asset, will ISIS go after it? If they did, there would be major upsets to world markets.
And the fact that Egypt recently attacked militants in Libya possibly guarantees retaliation from ISIS, assuming that all these various groups are somehow working together:

You know, the USA is openly supporting all of the kingdoms and military dictatorships in the region. Do we really think that the locals don't know this ... or that after enduring decades of poverty, torture, and war mostly instigated by the US they would somehow not hate us with a burning passion? We brought this all upon ourselves.
