Considering this + drought from climate disruption + misuse of water for fracking, I would say that US water supplies are in serious jeopardy. The human population is growing at the same time water supplies are shrinking. Not a good trend.
And what's the government's solution? Apparently they're green-lighting privatization of publicly owned water systems.
WooHoo !!! "Solve" the problem by transferring more wealth to the rich.
Why didn't I think of that?
