Facebook Worth $200 Billion ???

This report alleges that Facebook is "worth" $200 billion:

Really? Why should a company that employs so few people and which serves no useful purpose (at least not to me) be worth anything, let alone that much? It's a machine for transferring your money to Mark Zuckerberg, and that's about it.
