Here is what I consider to be a sad tale of the mob tolerating and/or encouraging mean-spirited behavior:

It seems the principle of rewarding good behavior while punishing bad behavior has gone the way of the A-F grading system; i.e., no one wants it anymore.
Hey, if kids don't want to go to school I would be happy to shut down the taxpayer funded daycare centers known as the public school system. If this note is indicative of what kids are learning these days, I'd rather not have to pay for it anymore.
