The US has deployed a "usable" nuclear weapon in our submarine fleet:

The presence of such weapons will spur another arms race, and it won't be limited to the big nuclear powers.
The use of such weapons almost certainly will result in a full-scale nuclear war.
Dear DC - You guys are crazy. Just like the so-called "missile gap" of the 60s, this fear of the Iranians, Russians, and Chinese is irrational. They're not going to nuke us, and even if they were it would be because of our constant provocations.
This probably will go down as one of the dumbest things the US has ever done; that is, if there's anyone left to read about it when the dust settles.
