But ... considering this paper is a year old, where are the "serological tests and rapid diagnostic tests" the authors said would be developed? Why are we still using the PCR test, which everyone from Kary Mullis to the WHO said is BS?

Potential answer - someone WANTED lots of false positives. We couldn't  have had a "pandemic" without them.

Morally Bankrupt

Apparently local governments aren't morally qualified for the task either. They cannot tolerate churches who feed the homeless, apparently because home owners don't like it when the poor become their neighbors and threaten their "safety":

I know it's hard to see how many poor, homeless, and hungry people there are from the windows of your Gulfstream jet, but why are those of us on the ground equally blind and lacking in compassion?

What have we become?

In my view, rich people are exceptionally poor stewards of the earth's resources. To believe they crafted the mRNA "vaccines" to help keep us alive is sheer folly. They're got plans to keep themselves alive and in power, but I doubt those plans look at the rest of us as anything other than useless eaters.

Not Really An Experiment ???

Here is one of the most revealing admissions from the entire COVID-19 debacle:

Dr. Eric Rubin, a voting member of a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) advisory committee, admitted last week that the vaccine's ultimate safety profile won't be known fully until it begins being administered to children.

"We're never gonna learn about how safe the vaccine is until we start giving it," said Rubin. "That's just the way it goes."

However, if you read this report from Steve Kirsch, you can get a feel for what may really be going on:

If this were an actual beneficial experiment, you'd expect those who are conducting it to collect data and revise their approach accordingly. But if Kirsch is correct, the deck is stacked to ensure no data is collected, NO ONE is properly assessing the data which IS available, and it may even be true that it's deliberately being distorted.

This implies the "vaccine" drive is not an experiment at all. So what is it? An intentional misadventure which ultimately will be blamed on a few bad actors, when from the start it was a brazen act of forced population control tacitly authorized by TPTB?

I'm with those who say STOP the vax NOW. There are ways to fight the virus without subjecting us to unknown (to us) risks from improperly tested "vaccines" of dubious benefit.
