The best example of this is the military-industrial complex of the West, along with its "intelligence agencies" and "free press" accomplices who feed us absurdities, lies and propaganda on a continual basis.
The result? Forever wars, all over the planet, filled with some of the worst atrocities ever seen.
Are you happy now? You should be, since the governments of the West are "democracies" which carry out the will of the people, right?
