To me it looks like premeditated mass murder.
And one does not "accidentally" fire white phosphorus shells into civilian areas. That too is an intentional act, and in my view totally unnecessary ... unless its intention is to inflict horrible pain on the victims.
I have zero respect for Israel, Netanyahu, or any of the people who support them. I have ZERO desire for supplying them with ANY more money or military equipment.
And before you dismiss this out of hand, please read this letter of resignation by someone who knows the truth about all of this:
