Apparently Jimmy does not realize there is NO EVIDENCE that Russia interfered in the 2016 election.
Apparently he also does not realize that members of his own political party are the people who appear to have conspired to interfere in the election.
I would say at the very least he is an illegitimate ex-president and may in fact be senile.
