US Constitution, Fourth Amendment:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons,
houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall
not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause,
supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be
searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Apparently, Obama ad-Dajjal and his minions have never read this (or don't want to be limited by it). Uncle Sam is recording all of everyone's phone calls:

There's a government listening post at each major phone company hub, and they're listening to everything all the time with no warrants. Their excuse, for now, is that they won't use it against you in court.
Do you think that is "reasonable"? I don't.
