No doubt some of the report is believable.
But what bothers me is that the primary actions of the USA in the affected regions include the overthrow of local governments and the militarization of everything and everybody. How is that helping?
It's also more than a bit puzzling that one possible "cure" for the migration is the emergence of a novel coronavirus which has the potential to kill off the excess, unwanted population. Coincidence, or was this somehow planned?
