No, the rich (and that includes tech billionaires) really don't care about you and me. They love money, and whatever they do (in politics, tech, finance, and life itself) is more likely to be motivated by a love of money than by any other factor.
Biden's age and mental infirmity suggest he would be a willing puppet of the super rich AND would soon be replaced by his VP ... who also is likely to be a willing puppet of the super rich.
