Not true.
As we're learning from the prison experience, semi-closed systems without internal social distancing (e.g., ICE holding facilities) seem to be ideal breeding grounds for achieving herd immunity.
If you don't agree, then tell me how many detainees have died from COVID-19? And I mean FROM the virus, not merely one of these concocted causes of death with no confirming autopsy. I haven't heard of ANY.
