Biblical Significance Of COVID-19

As you may have noticed, some are comparing the COVID-19 pandemic to the pestilences mentioned in the Bible. This is appropriate.

But they're leaving out a particular aspect of this virus which has a potentially great significance - the "crown".

If you are a student of the seven seals of the Book of Revelation, you should know the "first horseman of the apocalypse" (the white horse) is Apollo, the Greco-Roman god of health and pestilence:

And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Revelation 6:1-2 KJV

THIS particular pestilence does indeed have a crown; that's why it's known as a novel CORONA virus. And that could mean it truly heralds the opening of the first seal of the scroll mentioned in Revelation Chapter 6.

If it does, that means war, death, and famine may soon follow, leading to the extinction of one third of humanity.

And you shouldn't even have to believe in the Bible to recognize that such things may soon happen. The entire world is fragmenting, and the only things governments have in abundance are bullets, instruments of violence, and weapons of mass destruction.
