I agree the ICC is "illegitimate", but for different reasons. It only attacks the alleged enemies of the US. It SHOULD be going after countries like Israel and Saudi Arabia, who appear to break international laws at will and with impunity.
Please remove Bolton from the White House. He is a FAR greater danger to the world than is President Trump.
By the way, ANYONE who uses white phosphorous in an attack should be brought up on charges before the ICC:
