Speaking Thursday in South Korea, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo rejected North Korea’s claims on the denuclearization process. Pompeo says they will get no sanctions relief at all until they finish total denuclearization.

In that case they shouldn't denuclearize at all.
The only thing they can count on is that the US will renege on every agreement, oral and written, and eventually will overthrow the government of NK. It's what we've always done and always will do.
