What rights? It already has been decided that the fascist regimes of the world can spy on everyone and steal our data, while We the People have no recourse.
If Assange is arrested, the only way "justice" could be served would be through the immediate imprisonment of Hillary Clinton ... whose own apparent acts of espionage FAR exceed any damage allegedly caused by Wikileaks.
