How do you define "rare"? Supporters of nuclear power always say that nuclear accidents will be rare. But so far we've had a partial meltdown (Three Mile Island), three complete meltdowns (Fukushima), and a catastrophic, fiery meltdown (Chernobyl). Does that sound "rare" to you?
And should we believe that vaccine side effects also are rare?
