The Federal Constitutional Court declared the use of voting computers to be unconstitutional in the 2005 Bundestag election. They are prone to manipulation. This ruling also applies to the 2021 federal election.

Is there any reason to believe the machines used in the US are any better?
I still would like to know why US legislators and courts have rejected all evidence of manipulation in the 2021 "election". Was it just so they could get rid of Trump, or do they have other plans for us, too?
