The Seattle CHAZ

It should be obvious by now that we're facing armed insurrection from such groups, and potential acts of secession. When this was attempted in the 1860s it led to the US Civil War.

Why are Democrat lawmakers facilitating such acts of insurrection and hindering the ability of the President to deal with them?

The definition of the modern state comes from Max Weber as "a human community that successfully claims the monopoly of the legitimate use of physical force within a given territory". Acts of insurrection such as the one in Seattle challenge that claim and can only lead to one of two possible outcomes - suppression of the usurpers or establishment of a new order.

Oprah Winfrey says the USA is at a tipping point over systemic racism. She may be right, but this particular tipping point will affect far more than racism, and may even backfire.

There is a lot more at stake here than police brutality and systemic racism. Our very existence as a society is at stake. Some may think this is a good thing, but is it really?

Consider if you will what's happening in the CHAZ. Those who control it cannot produce their own food, water or electricity, cannot house anyone except by breaking and entering, and their chief demands are to be allowed to seize power and to extort money from the rest of us. All that may result in a temporary improvement for a few people, but extrapolate their demands statewide or to the entire country and what you get is a failed state and an economic catastrophe.

So in the final analysis is this about fighting systemic racism and white privilege ... or about seizing power without regard to the impact of such seizure?

The next question should be this - Why are the Senate and the DOJ wasting time investigating Russiagate while members of the House are facilitating the insurrection? Don't they realize what the hell is going on and what's going to happen?
