Apparently "Joe Biden" and his gang of monsters want to outdo her by creating a global famine:
In spite of the lies many of you believe, this famine is the work of "Joe Biden", Victoria Nuland, and the gang of thugs currently in charge of US foreign and military policy. They want to destroy Russia, and the rest of us are mere hostages in the evil games they play.
By the way, don't think things will improve if they succeed in ruining Russia. After all, we're just "useless people". Why should they continue to feed us?
