Blaming Africa For Western-Induced Slavery

Here is a rather bizarre report blaming Africa's problems solely on Africans:

In my view, this is not only absurd but quite insulting to the peoples of Africa.

If you want to know how Africa REALLY got into the mess they're in, read Confessions of an Economic Hit Man by John Perkins. They all fell into the same economic trap set by Western oligarchs, bankers and CEOs, who are the real source of Africa's problems.

And when in spite of the West any African leader did manage to create a better system and pulled their people out of that trap (e.g., Libya's Muammar Gaddafi), the US and/or NATO bombed them into the Stone Age to put them back in their place.

I can say nothing about Mr. Tacanho's motivations for writing this report, but I think he should be ashamed of himself.
