What I find strange is that "our" Congress did not seem to mind when Facebook, Google, Twitter, and their ilk were instrumental in the destruction of several governments around the world ... but now it somehow is upset when those tools are turned against them. This is the equivalent of arming Saddam, creating al-Qaeda, or selling weapons to Nazi Germany. Every time we enable a group to destroy someone else's country, it boomerangs on us.
Dear Congress - This is a fight you are NOT going to win. The tech giants have more money than you, a much smarter staff, and the means to police and if they choose to rule the world (something you don't have). Just how the hell are you gonna fight that?
