What's Happening In Jerusalem ???

Is this a prophetic sign? It certainly is suggestive of several scriptures:

And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the Lord your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies.

Numbers 10:9 KJV

And the Lord came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

Numbers 11:25 KJV

And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of the Lord,
So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud: for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of the Lord.

Is Israel being "oppressed" by all the nations of the earth? In a sense, yes.

Is Israel going to war with all the nations of the earth? In a sense, yes.

Does Israel intend to rebuild the Temple? Yes.

Will G-d dwell in and protect the Temple? I believe He will.

Once the sacrifices have been restarted, can anyone stop them? Yes, but at a steep cost.

Are the priests and rabbis expecting to see Jesus coming in the clouds? No; the expected Jewish Messiah is a man, not a deity (see below).

What therefore is the relationship between Judaism and Christianity in the End Times? THAT is one of the most important questions of our times, one which is NOT being addressed by the Christian clergy, with the exception of those (e.g., John Hagee) who believe there are two covenants, one for Jews and one for Christians.
