Here is what the US Constitution says about federal debt:
14th Amendment
4: The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.
But here is what Congress apparently is being asked to vote for:
The deal, officially unveiled by Boehner Tuesday, would suspend the debt limit through 2017.

Suspending the limit again? Doesn't that mean that the additional debt is not actually "authorized by law" ... and therefore unconstitutional?
And whether or not it is, why is Congress still not addressing the problems of our nation?
This is getting to the point that someday only a dictator will be able to address our debt, and that dictator will start by throwing the rest of the US Constitution out the window.
