Diversity Is A Lie

Here is a revealing claim from an author who warns not to allow Syrian refugees into the US:

With the projected importation of 200,000 Syrian Muslim refugees and continued 1.2 million legal immigrants annually along with the average 500,000 illegal migrants each year - within 30 years, we expect an added 100,000,000 (million) third world refugees. If not stopped, you must prepare for a different society: hundreds of competing languages, multiple worldviews and hundreds of incompatible cultures struggling within American society.

Dictionary.com defines diversity in the following manner:

• the state or fact of being diverse; difference; unlikeness: diversity of opinion.
• variety; multiformity.
• the inclusion of individuals representing more than one national origin, color, religion, socioeconomic stratum, sexual orientation, etc.: diversity in the workplace.
• a point of difference.

Doesn't diversity therefore actually require the following to coexist within American society?

• different languages
• multiple worldviews
• different cultures

What the author exposes is that the US concept of "diversity" means just one thing - everyone, everywhere has to be just like us: speak our language, think like us, dress like us, eat like us, work like us, play like us, worship like us, etc. And anyone who doesn't or won't is our enemy.

Of course we'll make exceptions, like allowing a flood of unassimilated migrants from Mexico in an attempt to subvert our political process and drive wages down to Third World levels, but in the end we demand SOLIDARITY from everyone within our borders, not true diversity.
