Bingo! It's the first sentence - "It's no secret that China is the largest holder of U.S. debt."
The largest holder of US debt actually is Social Security:

That's right. "Our" trust fund was turned into debt. And that particular massive theft of our financial future started in the Bill Clinton administration.
Don't let his so-called "wife" (or anyone else) complete the destruction of Social Security.
By the way, I'm not implying that China's dumping of US debt is not a problem. I'm merely pointing out that CNN (once again) doesn't have their facts straight.
